Welcome to the website of the South East Mountain Biking Association (SEMBA)

SEMBA is a club for Mountain Biking enthusiasts in the South East of England, the vast majority of our members come from Norfolk and Suffolk

The club was officially formed in May 1998, although many of our members were keen mountain bike riders well before this, we currently have a membership of around 130

Mountain biking offers an excellent and fun way to keep healthy and build up your fitness, it's also environmentally friendly and provides a great way to get outdoors and see your local area

The club has members of all abilities from virtual beginners to people with over 25 years experience. All events are operated on a fun and friendly basis so if you live in the area and are interested in mountain biking why not come and join us ?
